2025 BMI LONDON AWARDS Congratulations!

We were thrilled to celebrate BMI’s global family of songwriters, composers and publishers who are taking music to new creative heights. Fraser T. Smith was honoured with BMI’s President’s Award for his remarkable career, which includes writing and producing many of the most impactful songs of our generation. Throughout the night, we also paid tribute to the British and European songwriters, composers and publishers of the past year’s most-performed songs across US streaming, radio, film and television, named the BMI London Song of the Year and presented our Million-Air Awards. Congratulations to all our award-winners who are continuing to raise the bar and captivate listeners worldwide.

Fraser T. Smith 

Renowned producer/songwriter Fraser T. Smith has created an extraordinary body of work spanning three decades and multiple genres. His contributions to records by Adele, Craig David, Drake, James Morrison, Florence and the Machine, Gorillaz, Kano, Stormzy, Sam Smith, Snow Patrol and Kae Tempest have made him one of the UK’s most influential and sought-after music creators. With 7 No.1 singles in the UK, 2 Billboard No.1 singles in the US and contributions to 20 No.1 albums, Smith is also a 3-time Ivor Novello Award-winner, a GRAMMY-winner, and a Latin GRAMMY-winner, among many other accolades. It was our privilege to present Fraser T. Smith with the BMI President’s Award to honour his exceptional impact on music.
